01 / The story

It started with
a few places to stay.

CINCO started with the places we were already hosting in 5 de Diciembre. The initial collection includes properties connected to me and my family. That’s where the work began: looking after the stays and the people coming to them.

The idea grew to include what’s outside the front door. Where to get coffee, what to eat, which way to walk toward the beach. A good place to stay and useful local knowledge belong together.

We’re building around one neighborhood first, keeping the operation small, local and hands-on. There’s a person behind the listing, and a neighborhood around the property.

The neighborhood
is the point.

CINCO is based in the neighborhood I live in, not a market chosen from a spreadsheet.

Living here means knowing the properties, the streets, the restaurants, the shops and the walk to the beach as part of everyday life. For guests, recommendations start close to home. For owners, it means I’m nearby when the property needs attention.
