All 7 current stays are in 5 de Diciembre, Puerto Vallarta. Choose from the studio and apartments near Playa Camarones or Casa de Chayo on the neighborhood’s hillside.

How close are the rentals to the beach?

Balcony Studio, One-Bedroom Apartment and Upper-floor Apartment are four blocks from Playa Camarones. The three monthly apartments are also near the beach, but their Airbnb listings do not give a consistent walking distance. Casa de Chayo is within walking distance of the beach.

What size vacation rentals does CINCO offer?

The collection includes a studio and two one-bedroom apartments for two guests each, three two-bedroom apartments for up to four guests each, and Casa de Chayo, a five-bedroom villa for ten. The three two-bedroom apartments accept CINCO inquiries for monthly stays of 30 nights or more.
